Sky Box Wedding

Theme-simple and elegant, a single white phaleonopsis orchid was used on each table to give height and elegance to the reception hall. We used river rocks, collect from Idaho's Payette river, to make rock sculptures at each table. Significantly less expensive than doing cut flower arrangements for each table. Fabulous!!!!

Note the orchid on the table behind the bride.

Close up on the blooms. Bride's choice included green and white hydrangeas, jade roses, green chrysanthemums, and some killer greenery!

The skybox was an interesting space to design. The architechture was beautiful, and very modern, and needed some large pieces to make a presence. Two of these arrangements were used at the altar, one on either side of the couple.

In Memory

Our family has been so blessed with longevity, that it has rare for us to see the loss of a loved one. This past August, after Grandpa Driebergen's passing, I really wanted to honor him and comfort those attending his funeral with flowers fit for a 'good ole boy'. Below is his obituary, he wrote himself! What an amazing man, we will miss you grandpa!

Flowers for hipsters!

Welcome to Leafy Greens!

I am really pumped about this new endevor. I have a dream for my local Boise area, which includes fulfilling 2 goals

1. Produce floral art for weddings, gatherings, and for special days

2. Make flowers HIP by using non-traditional, green approaches to creating fresh arrangements.

I am excited to use mix media, recycled materials, and clean concepts to help accomplish those goals! Shoot, soon, Leafy Green deliveries in the local area will be done by bicycle, a cart, and two good legs! Stay tuned for pics!
